I've always had a thing for a beautiful piece of land. Not just what it looks like now, but what it has the potential to be.

Chapel Hill and Carrboro are not “real-estate friendly” in the same way that Cary is. You’re not going to find sprawling subdivisions or high-rises going up without careful scrutiny – and that’s why I love being in real estate here.

OUR AGENTS

Louise Barnum
Broker
I’m not from the Triangle, but it is where I did the best part of my growing up. It’s where I discovered new ways of thinking, and new ways of doing things. It’s where I found independence, and the power of community.

Being professional doesn’t mean doing what everyone else does. In fact, true professionalism often means forging your own path.

WHAT'S HAPPENING....

Obama Campaign HQ

Weaver Street Realty became campaign HQ in Carrboro!

For four days leading up to Election Day, our office was filled with campaign paraphernalia, signs, and many, many volunteers. It was great to be around so much energy. And the organization! Municipal governments could learn a thing or two from the Obama campaign :)

This is Jan Flacke. He came to Chapel Hill from Bremen, Germany to help President Obama get re-elected. He went home the Sunday after the election. Jan, we thank you for your time, energy and passion!

Volunteers listening to directions before they head out to canvass neighborhoods. They were sent around Carrboro and Chapel Hill and Durham and even Mebane. Their work paid off.

Here's Louise Barnum (one of the owners) and Karen Jessee (repeat WSR client) all smiles.
